Thank you so much for all your help with our 2002 Volvo S60 T5. You were right about the tire. I drove all 650 miles back home after you rotated the tires and we had no front end noise in the car. I am so grateful that you took the time to look it over before we made our trip back to Kansas that day. Man, I wish I lived around Houston so I could have you do all the service on our Volvos. They are very fortunate to have you guys down there. I sure wish we had that honest Volvo service around here.

Professional Volvo Service are one of the most honest repair shops I have ever used.  I was working in China and my S40 needed a repair so I contacted them by e-mail to see if they could help me out.  They responded promptly to my request for assistance and I agreed to send them a check to cover the repair.  They picked my car up from the storage lot and repaired it before receiving my check.  They e mailed me my invoice and I was able to pay the balance over the phone on my credit card.  Absolutely excellent service on their part, I wish I had know of them before this time.  I would recommend them to any Volvo owner.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service to my Volvo provided by Mike and Richard. This Father-Son Team sets the bar for highest standard for repair work in the entire region! I have tried many others in years past...no comparison if you are looking for premier, quality work and integrity! They are the absolute best around. Ever since 1993 PVS he has been working on my two Volvos. They exclusively service & repair Volvo cars and also drive them. Richard & Mike @ Professional Volvo Service fixed my car when numerous dealerships & Other Independent Volvo Shops couldn't figure out the problem they did it by really listening to what I had to say, and they fixed my car in less than an hour. I have not had the problem since." Theses guys are truly Professional and care for Volvos and the customers.
